Access to this platform is limited to individuals who have purchased Share the Commons through the WeShare platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Accounts

You must register to post content and participate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User-Generated Content

By submitting any content (such as your values profile, image, or comments):

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • You grant WeShare Dream a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.
  • You agree not to post content that is unlawful, discriminatory, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is reported by users.

3a. Video Sharing Content

By uploading a video to WeShare Dream, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the video or have permission to share it
  • The video does not contain unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
  • You understand that your video will be publicly visible to other members
  • You grant WeShare Dream a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your video within the platform

WeShare Dream is not responsible for the content of videos shared by users. We reserve the right to remove any video that violates our values, community standards, or these Terms.

4. Messaging and Community Conduct

Private messaging is a free feature available to registered users.

  • You agree to use messaging respectfully and not for spamming, harassment, or solicitation.
  • We do not monitor private messages but reserve the right to investigate and take action in cases of reported misuse.
  • Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

When you use the private messaging feature, the email address you registered with may be shared with the member you’re connecting with—just as a natural extension of how our intentional community communicates. By sending or replying to a message, you acknowledge and welcome this person-to-person exchange.

5. Merchandise Sales and Fulfillment

We may offer branded merchandise (e.g., apparel or accessories) through the platform. These products are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand providers (such as Printify).

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Printing, fulfillment, and shipping are handled by an independent third-party provider.
  • WeShare Dream is not responsible for delays, misprints, or delivery issues.
  • Return, exchange, or refund requests are subject to the provider’s policies.

6. All Sales Final

All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to a fulfillment error.
